This summer, I am planning to make as many memories as possible. Instead of wasting these months staying inside and staring at a screen, I want to stay highly productive and active. These plans are not in a specific order by the way, but they will keep me from turning into a lazy bum. Right after school ends, my friends and I are going to Ponce de Leon Springs to spend the entire day in the cold water. Following that trip, we are traveling to Mobile, Alabama. My Uncle owns a massive, beautiful waterfront house right on Foul River in Alabama. We are going to stay there for a few days to hang out, explore the bay, and fish for trout, flounder, and deep-sea red snapper.
Beyond just traveling, I am also planning to revive my inactive personal YouTube channel. I posted consistently every single day last summer and was getting great views, but I completely ran out of time and had to stop when the school year started. I left off with a strong community of 14,000 subscribers. This summer, I want to hit the massive milestone of 100,000 subscribers before high school begins so I can finally earn a Silver plaque from YouTube. To feed the channel, I will continue to post as much as possible so that I do not lose interest. Finally, I want to start a side hustle reselling vintage clothes or finding another creative way to make extra money. I plan to spend my mornings hunting for rare inventory at local thrift stores, flea markets, and garage sales. This business will give me extra pocket money. In conclusion, balancing these business goals with outdoor adventures with my friends will ensure I stay motivated and keep me from falling back into a boring, unproductive routine.
